To qualify for this grant, applicants must be a small business or nonprofit organization that was operating on or before July 1, 2025, is located in Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Comal, Edwards, Gillespie, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, Medina, Menard, Real or Uvalde Counties and suffered negative economic impact as a result of the July 2026 floods.
